we went to Payson yesterday - It was much cooler in Payson than Mesa, AZ.  For more than 25 years we have been taking the kids there.  Our favorite swimming hole.  Anika and Landree had a great time - we went to a couple of shops and went to an old coffee shop/cafe for locals  - an adventure day.  We also went to the park with a lake and ducks - The girls were enjoying themselves - they even tried catching crawdads in the river.

June 22, 2011 - I have been home for about 5 months and things are really terrific.  I enjoy my life.  Whit has invited me out to South Carolina - I will be doing some consulting work and visiting and old friend.
Arizona is quite hot this time of year and without a pool it can be a bit miserable.  Carola is busy with her job and tending the twins.
